I have been bringing my car here for servicing ever since I got it even though there is a dealership closer to my house. I have been satisfied with the service I have received. Seth, the service advisor, is very nice and I enjoy working with him. He explains things so I can understand them. The waiting area is nice with coffee and snacks and I always seem to meet friendly customers while I am there. I will continue to bring my car here!

This purchase experience was terrible! I purchased a used Volvo xc60 plug in hybrid from these folks. They advertised, and then sold me the car stating that it had under 2000 miles on it. They had read the trip meter instead of the odometer. We discovered the mistake when we were almost home 120 miles away. The car actually had over 6000 miles on it. they sent me new documents to sign a couple of days later. They compensated me just over $400 for their mistake. I feel completely misled during our car purchase. The dealership added a Cilajet ceramic coating to the total price without properly explaining it. It was briefly mentioned at the start but never discussed again during price negotiations. Instead, it was bundled in with taxes and fees, making it seem like it was mandatory. Only after signing the paperwork did I realize it was included, and by then, I was told the contract couldn’t be changed.

I love my new car however make sure to shop around. Also the way the show the numbers is very misleading as they put "amount financed" rather than cost of the car. I'd absolutely avoid this dealership. Hyundai Beaverton has better deals and more transparency. Same exact vehicle 5k cheaper.

Seth seems to always be the person I see when I take my car for service. He is very friendly, helpful and efficient. It was easy to make my appointment when I needed it and my car was serviced quickly. I had a sore leg and the guy who had parked my car when it was done noticed I was limping, so he went and got my car and pulled it up for me so I didn't have to walk. It was much appreciated. My experience with Liana was great, as well as David. The rest of the process was awful. The people closing the deal were pushy and I had to watch at every moment that they didn't slip in something I didn't want.

Personable, helpful and down to earth. Finance person was ok. He didn't quite understand all the charges and his first finance numbers were not realistic but then he came back with a more realistic number.
Mckayla, my main contact person in the Service department, was very knowledgeable, efficient and personable. She also provided excellent advice regarding keeping key fobs at a good distance away from our Ioniq 5 to avoid discharging the 12 volt battery. Thank you!
