Dark Charcoal w/Leather Front Bucket Seats, Clean Carfax, and Leather Front Bucket Seats. Are you READY for a Mercury?! The car you've always wanted! How would you like riding home in this great-looking 2008 Mercury Milan at a price like this? Add up all the hours you spend in your car each year, and you'll certainly appreciate the interior comfort of this Milan. J.D. Power and Associates gave the 2008 Milan 4.5 out of 5 Power Circles for Overall Initial Quality.
Mercury's recent success with the Milan is due in no small part to the dynamic platform and engines it shares with other cars in the Ford portfolio. In 2007, the Milan won J.D. Power's award for Highest Ranked Midsize Car in Initial Quality.
The car is available as either the Milan or the more fully optioned Milan Premier, and within each designation, there are two powerplant choices and a wealth of available features. The base engine in either Milan or Milan Premier is a 160-horsepower 2.3L Duratec I4, with a five-speed manual as standard. A five-speed auto is optional. Step up to the V6 Milan or V6 Milan Premier and you get a 221-horsepower 3.0L Duratec V6 with a standard six-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive is available only on V6-equipped cars.
Standard equipment across the line makes any Milan a smart choice. All cars feature five-passenger seating with a 60/40 folding rear seat, center and overhead consoles, an audio jack, multiple power points, power windows and locks, remote keyless entry, a reverse sensing system, a tire pressure monitor, LED taillights, and more. Four-cylinder Milans feature 16-inch steel wheels, while V6 Milans ride on 17-inch aluminum wheels.
Base Milans can be optioned with the SYNC voice-activated communication and entertainment system and premium six-disc CD stereo with MP3 capability, while these features come standard on Milan Premier models. Also standard on Premier models is an auto-dimming rearview mirror, leather seats, electronic automatic temperature control, automatic headlights, fog lamps, heated power mirrors, and all-season V-rated tires. Heated seats are optional on Premier cars.
Navigation, Sirius satellite radio, ambient lighting, power moonroof, and a rear spoiler are available options across the model range.
Several appearance and entertainment packages are available for all Milans, including a Wales Mahogany Wood Appearance Package and two different moonroof/premium stereo/Sirius packages, which range from $795 to $895.
The Milan comes with standard anti-lock brakes, dual-stage front air bags, full side curtain air bags, and front seat-side air bags, as well as speed sensitive windshield wipers, and a perimeter anti-theft system.
