The regenerative braking system failed on the drive home. I took the car to an Audi dealership on February 25. Two days later I was told the motor needed to be fully replaced. I was without the car from February 25 through March 30, over five weeks, on a vehicle I had owned for three days. On April 5, I discovered the windshield had a previously repaired crack that is already beyond repair and requires full replacement at a cost of $3,800. When I raised this with the dealership, a representative named Ryan Mallone called me to say they would not cover it. The only remedy offered across both issues was a $200 gift card. On a $39,000 purchase. I have filed a formal complaint with the Oregon Department of Justice Consumer Protection Division and have escalated to Gee Automotive CEO Ryan Gee directly. This matter remains unresolved. If you are considering purchasing a used vehicle here, ask specifically what inspections were performed, get everything in writing, and have the vehicle independently inspected before you sign anything. I did not, and I am paying for it.

To make things worse, they told us we could still make changes before leaving the lot since my wife didn’t like the upholstery. I signed first and picked her up from work so we could both check the car. They told us to drive it home and come back the next day, but later I learned that once you drive off the lot, the deal is locked in. It feels like we were tricked. The Cilajet coating isn’t even on the official manufacturer window sticker — they made their own separate sticker to make it look official. This feels like a sneaky way to charge extra for something unnecessary and boost their commission. None of the promises they made have been met, and my wife is really upset. This whole experience has been stressful and disappointing. I hope others read this before buying here and double-check every fee and “add-on” they try to include.

This was by far the best experience my wife and I can remember as far as the purchase of a new vehicle is concerned. Charles, our salesperson was great. Very knowledgeable as well as personable. Nabil, was the Sales Manager who closed the deal and got us the best deal on our trade in. Very personable and professional with a great attitude. Ali was our Finance Specialist. He, as well, was a pleasure to work with and we would have no problem recommending any of these gentlemen to friends or family when they contemplate the purchase of a new vehicle.

I am sorry to say I have to revoke my 5 start review - I bought a brand new car there last month - it has a problem - my choices are to sit at the dealership - for however long it takes them - or wait until they can find me a loaner car - they have no idea when that might be - and to top it all off they seem to think I have free time to be available when they figure out how to honor the commitments they made to me.
